ADHD, Neurodivergence, and Executive Functioning
Support for ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence in adolescents and adults. Therapy may address challenges related to motivation, procrastination, overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, and the ongoing experience of feeling misunderstood or “different.”
I also work with parents of neurodivergent adolescents and adult children who may feel emotionally exhausted from years of advocacy, caregiving, navigating school or medical systems, chronic stress, or balancing support for their loved one while also trying to care for themselves.
In addition to professional training, I bring longstanding personal and professional familiarity with developmental differences, learning challenges, sensory sensitivities, and the complex emotional dynamics that can affect individuals and families navigating these experiences.

Personalized Care Without the Constraints of Insurance
As a private pay practice, I am able to focus more fully on individualized care rather than the limitations and administrative requirements often associated with insurance-based treatment. This allows therapy to be guided more fully by your unique needs and goals rather than by insurance-driven restrictions or requirements.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.*
Individual Adults:
Initial assessment: $200
Ongoing sessions: $175
Couples Counseling:

Ongoing sessions: $200
Family Therapy:

*Pathway Life Counseling does not determine or guarantee out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits directly with their insurance provider.

Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining the expected cost of services.
The estimate is intended to provide an approximation of anticipated costs for non-emergency healthcare services. Actual services or fees may vary depending on individual treatment needs.
